Indian Wedding

Zameer and Shantali wanted a very traditional ceremony but a very elegant and posh look for the wedding.  This couple's style and vision along with our assistance and execution made this possible.
This exquisite event was featured in South Asian Bridal Magazine!

Purple is the New Brown

Aman and Sarita wanted their Indian wedding to be very different and that meant they would have to think of a very unique color combination.  Purple is the new brown from what we are seeing!  It is a very diverse and functional wedding color and gave the night a special feel.  They also used high and low centerpieces with Manzanita’s being their tall ones.  Their head table had a royal feel and the WOW factor they were looking for!

Partying and Eating All Night

Ziba and Roozbeh’s wedding was all about food and partying! They had a beautiful Persian ceremony in our Newport Ballroom. Guests then proceeded for cocktail hour where they enjoyed appetizers from around the globe. Roozbeh’s mother wanted to make sure that their guests have a great time and have lots of food. After the dinner it was PARTYING all night long!

Photo Booth + Cake Topper

Adam and Kristen wanted every detail of their wedding to be perfect.  There was no doubt that Kristen was in tune with what’s hot, and whats not!  Her party theme…black, white and red was the most highly requested colors of the season!  She also added her personal style and uniqueness to their special event.
Kristen had always dreamed of having a photo booth at her wedding and that is exactly what she got!  She provided each guest with frames to display their photos in.  These cool party favors are a great way for guests to remember the night forever.
Check out the fabulous cake topper on the cake...we will let the picture speak for itself!

Love Inspires Creativity

Rachel and Chris' love not only inspired them to throw a fabulous wedding but this creative duo added a little touch of their love to everything!
The couple's personalized menus were a stunning pearl white with a simle copper border which undoubtedly complimented their chocolate brown linens.
Creating their own wedding invitations not only allowed them to share their love with their guests  but also was a wonderful way to save money!  Although it took Rachel and Chris some time to design their perfect wedding invitation, it was well worth the hard work and gave them something to be proud of!

He proposed in Paris

Jevon had a plan and that was to take her beautiful bride Millecent to Paris to propose, and this is exactly what he did.  To top it all off, he did it in front of the Eiffel Tower in the evening with the night sky lit up by all the sparkling lights.
As an effort to share these treasured memories with their guests, Jevon created a video of his proposal which he shared at the reception.  He also created an array of beautiful pictures from France which were used as table numbers.   This was so creative and unique and was executed perfectly!

Peacock and Orange

Zack and Fetema’s engagement party was definitely one to remember.  They were very selective on choosing their colors so that it would be completely different from their wedding, which is scheduled at our venue for September.  Peacock and Orange were the final colors that they choose and it truly brought out the banquet hall like never before.  The flowers were done by Square Root (www.Squarerootdesigns.com).

Jones Pure Cream Soda

It is so refreshing to have our brides and grooms come up with clever ideas for various aspects of their wedding.  Andrea chose to get Jones Pure Cream Soda bottles with their picture on it as their party favors and they were a huge hit.  The event was coordinated by the very talented Lindsay Longacre from (www.lvlevents.com) who did an amazing job coordinating everything and her suggestions to the bride and groom helped things go smoothly.
The beautiful pictures were provided by Srdjan from (www.AandMphoto.com) who is ever so friendly and pleasure to work with.  Please take a look at his video montage: http://animoto.com/play/RzdinK1fisXhvw1Qz5zv4A?autostart=true

Nigerian Wedding Continued...

In addition to being featured in the very popular Ceremony Magazine, Impressive Creations also created an AWESOME 16 minute video detailing all the days events.  It takes a little while to download but definitely worth it.

Nigerian Wedding

We had the wonderful opportunity to coordinate and host Toyin and Teddy’s wedding at the Vibiana in Los Angeles.  The Vibiana is an amazing venue!  It is an old eclectic church stripped and converted for special events and weddings.  The pictures definitely speak volumes for this unique and colorful event.
Toyin and Teddy are originally from Nigeria and we were able to bring out many of the beautiful and traditional colors from there.  The fabulous pictures were taken by Eric Cotter from Jim Kennedy Photographers (www.jimkennedyphotographers.com).  The floral arrangements done by the talented Alex Amidi from Square Root (www.squarerootdesigns.com) and the videography was by Brian Press from Impressive Creations (www.impressivecreations.com).

Desserts, Desserts and More Desserts!

Traditional is romantic but if unique is how you want to be remembered then take some advice from AliceAlice chose to forgo the traditional cake and create an elaborate dessert station for her guests.  Desserts, dessert and more Desserts!!!!  Her guests were taken back by the eye catching chocolate fountain as they dipped Oreo cookies, strawberries and marshmallows in the cascading fountain.  Let’s not forget the traditional French Crouquembouche which is a  tower of cream puffs drizzled with layers of carmel or the delectable mouth watering fruit tarts.  Guests couldn’t get enough!
We would highly recommend this to our guests in the future.  GREAT GOING ALICE!

Peacock and Red

We set Sarah up with a lighting extravaganza for her big day!  The place was decked with our favorite and most vibrant color combo: Peacock Blue and Red. Of course, Sarah did  not stop there…everything was color coordinated!  From menu cards to party favors, napkins to chargers, everything contributed to giving that perfect look. The vibrant colors and unique lighting made the venue stand out!

The Dynamic Duo

An excited bride + a super mom = one fabulous wedding!  The dynamic duo worked together every step of the way.  Scheduling numerous meetings to make sure that the overall décor and menu selections completely met the bride and grooms tastes.  Taste was definitely something they did not lack!
We lit the room up with our LED lighting, which were later programmed and sync to the music and the PARTY got started.  What a fun night!!!

Chocolate Brown and Green

Rowena and Brad were great from the get go.  This couple had exquisite taste and it showed on their special day.  For the ceremony we had Manzanita trees adorned with crystals on top of our custom made brown columns.  Next we turned to an elaborate reception with tables draped in chocolate brown and accented with sage green hydrangeas accompanied by votive candles and fresh rose petals.  If that wasn’t enough to wow their guests, we created an ultra cool lounge area for those guests who wanted a more intimate setting.  Five stars all the way!!!!

Contemporary and Elegant

Heather rocked out the ballroom in black & white.  She had a vision and we made it happen!  The room was all draped in white for an ultra clean look.  Black fabric columns stood on each side of the aisle, and to bring it all together the tables had black table clothes and were topped off with centerpieces filled with beautiful white flowers and accented with long crystals.  Not a typical look for a wedding but it totally worked and gave the place the ultimate contemporary look.  Heather you rocked!
