Vegas Birthday Party

When we were approached by Farah to arrange a double birthday party for her kids, we knew there was only way to go….VEGAS BABY!!!  This was a 16th and an 18th birthday party for her son and daughter and was surely a night to remember.
The room dazzled with red, white and black! Casino tables were brought in for entertainment and the guest tables were topped off with dice and giant balloons as centerpieces. Everyone had a blast, especially the hosts!

Light Up The Night

Eric was Desiree were extremely excited about the decorations and the entertainment for their wedding. “Great lighting is a must”, Desiree expressed to me.  Thanks to our team at Pacific Hills, she got the look she envisioned for her wedding.
They wanted the room to illuminate purple and hot pink. The Manzanita center pieces were provide by Petals by Xavi and Honored Occasions provided specialty lighting and the DJ for the reception.
The guests had a blast at the wedding and Eric and Desiree spared no expense. They had hired an eight member female mariachis band to play during cocktail hour, as well as dinner.  This was followed by a salsa band  which played for the die hard salsa dancers (Honored Occasions took over after that.
What a party!!!

Spectacular Outdoor Wedding

WOW! This is the only way to describe this wedding. Pacific Hills was asked to coordinate the wedding of Neel and Nisha at Saddle Rock Ranch in Malibu. They wanted the ultimate wedding and nothing less!  As you can see from the pictures below, we clearly delivered!
The event took 4 days to set-up and 2 days to strike and once again, the pictures explain it all.  The ceremony was held outside in the incredible setting of Saddle Rock Ranch.  The guests were slowly led onto the lawn where we held an incredible acrobatic presentation for their cocktail hour.
Next, we turn to the reception.   Alex, from Square Root (the creative genius that he is) used a white canvas tent lit up with a variety of shades of purple.
Head table?  That would not suffice for this crew, we created a VIP area for the bridal party.   Then the 500 guests were treated to another spectacular 20 minute acrobatic show.
Finally, we unveiled the ultimate lounge decked out in aqua blue and white. Desserts and champagne flowed through out the lounge and this event was an amazing success.  The guests were awed and everyone partied all night!  This was definitely an event we will never forget.
Thanks Nisha and Neel for allowing us to host your very special day!

Eggplant and Orange

When Jessica came to Pacific Hills she had a very specific style of wedding that she wanted….Modern and Vibrant. The colors were nothing less than vibrant! Eggplant and bright orange, different yet ultra cool. Purple Charmeuce satin table clothes were accented with our trumpet vases and floating candles. Orange and plum lights lit up the room giving Jessica her Modern and Vibrant wedding.

Very Creative Bride

Kim was definitely a wonderful bride to work with.  We had met a couple of times in regards to various color combination's for her wedding.  The decision was finally made and it was a great combination; chocolate brown accented with Tiffany blue.
What made Kim's wedding so unique was that she added her own personal touch here and there.  Her party favors were gift wrapped CD’s in Tiffany blue with white bows.  We complimented her on her gift wrapping abilities and she informed us that she had worked at Godiva Chocolates…bet that was a fun job! Everything on her table was very well coordinated.  From the CD’s, rose petals, table numbers, menu cards and even gift wrapped boxes in the lobby for decor…Great job Kim!

He Sang to Her

With almost 400 guest watching, Nolan grabbed his guitar and sang a song that he wrote for Lisa.  Needless to say she was very touched with tears of joy. Although the wedding was in January the theme and decor were of autumn. Charmeuce satin champagne linens covered the tables and each center piece had 3 dozen burnt orange and cream color roses with curly willows capturing the mode of the fall season.
